  11. Anyone had problems with MultiTech 2834MR and carrier detect using the new
  12. 111 firmware release? We have an odd situation where the calling modems
  13. sees carrier, brings up CD, and receives a flood of trash. The MultiTech
  14. on the other end never brings up CD and eventually hangs up.

  16. This has happened on a Supra 28.8 and a Sportster 28.8Vi.

  18. Also, I've gotten reports of bad connections using a Practical Peripherals 28.8
  19. and a Cardinal 28.8 modem. Falling back to a solid tone and locking there,
  20. or a no connect, or lots of errors once connected..... The first seems to
  21. be most prominent.

  23. Anyone else noticed this phenomenon? Mail me and I'll summarize and also
  24. summarize to MultiTech as warranted.
